All members of Chambers appear regularly before various different arbitral tribunals, ranging from ad hoc references to the more formal procedures of LMAA arbitrations and the International Court of Arbitration. The subject matter of such arbitrations is at least as extensive as the work of the Commercial Court.
The supervisory jurisdiction of the Commercial Court in relation to arbitrations in England and Wales leads to frequent arbitration applications to the High Court.
Some members of Chambers (and ex-members of Chambers) are regularly appointed as arbitrators.
