As so much of our work is of an international character, all members of Chambers have extensive experience in the many aspects of conflicts of laws.
For the same reason, jurisdiction disputes, both within and without the EC, are often handled in Chambers. The application of the Brussels/Lugarno Conventions is a consideration in many cases dealt with, and in this regard members of Chambers have appeared in the European Court.
