European law

Whilst there is still much work done in Chambers which does not have a European aspect, European law permeates many areas of Chambers' specialisation, and can no longer be seen as a separate area of work.  Rather, all members of Chambers are well used to dealing with, for example, the jurisdictional issues arising from the Brussels/Lugarno conventions, or (increasingly) the application of the Human Rights Act.
